Providing Aide in Kenya with the Installation Solar Power
Posted by Tony Cecala, Ph.D. in Civilization, Green Business, Society, Solar, Solar Panels, Solar Tools, TechnologyThis short news segment features the story of 9 Virginia Tech students who by installing PV solar panels to a medical clinic in Kenya, are in fact saving lives by giving them the electricity they need to test for many communicable diseases and treat such problems. I feel that if solar panels can make such a difference for one clinic in Africa then the opportunities for solar power to provide humanitarian aide are virtually endless.
